Using this website

I hope you love this website as much as I do. Feel free to browse away but do check out the cookie policy.

Your data

Your information is your business but, if you book an event, or buy a download, I will need to know just a little bit about you. I promise that I will keep that data secure and away from prying eyes as best I can. You can ask me at any time to let you have copies of any data that I hold about you and, if you want me to delete it, I will.

Downloads

Downloads will be sent to the e-mail address supplied in .pdf form. They shouldn’t do any damage but I can’t guarantee what might happen to them during their journey. You should always make sure that you have up-to-date virus protection before opening any files you receive.

Once you’ve purchased a download from me, it’s yours to do almost what you like with (although I’d prefer it if you didn’t use my images for anything illegal). I’m happy for you to print the designs off and add them to your own creations or to use them digitally in something which you then sell or give away. I’m also happy for you to keep them all to yourself. The copyright, however, does remain with Thomzo Designs and I do ask that you please don’t just sell on the download without doing anything to it first.

I can’t promise that the colours will be exactly the same on your screen or your printer as they are on mine. It all depends on what computer, printer or ink you use.

Event Bookings

Whether you’re booking a party for yourself, coming to an event that I have organised, or doing something online, I hope you’ll love it. But, to make sure that we all know what to expect, there are a few things I’d like you to know first.

Unfortunately, I can’t promise to refund your booking fee once it’s been paid but, if you can’t make an event that you’ve booked, let me know as soon as possible. I might be able to find someone else to buy your ticket from you.

You’re free to sell your ticket to someone else. Just let me know so that I can send the joining instructions to the right person.

If you are coming to a party at my place, please be aware that I have cats (just in case you are allergic to them or frightened of them). If you are, let me know and we can discuss what I can do to make the event nicer for you.

I also have to warn you that my place has uneven ground and steps. Entry to my place is at your own risk. If you have trouble with mobility, get in touch as I might be able to help.

If you’re coming to an event that includes food, please let me know if you have any food allergies or other special requirements. I don’t want you to miss out and am happy to provide something suitable if you let me know in advance.
